There is a list of potentially dangerous breeds of dogs, the contents of which are set special requirements – training, compulsory registration, the paddock only with muzzle and leash. It includes American pit bull Terrier, South African Boerboel, Karelian bear dog, Caucasian shepherd, Anatolian Karabash, Alabai and American Staffordshire Terrier.
The bill establishes the responsibilities of pet owners to provide them with proper living conditions.
